Dawn & I in Vegas

Dawn and I had a great time in Vegas. Of course, this being Dawn's first time in town, I took her down to see all the sights. My parents loved her and I think it was mutual. Saturday I dropped Dawn off at the airport which was very emotional for me. I said "goodbye" to this really great part of my life....not forever, but in the comfortable way it was like for so long. Dawn, Brittney and I were known as the "primp click" around work......I will miss that.........movie nights, waxing our eyebrows, chair races, slumber parties, stand-up comedy with Dawn, East Wing....oh yea, sometimes we worked too :) I won't ever have that part of my life back...most likely I won't live in Kentucky again. I have moved on I guess. But I will always cherish that time. Thank you Dawn for helping me become a better nurse and for being my friend through so many rough spots.
